Gujarat NRE Coke has been in the forefront of community development. Through various initiatives the company has nicely intertwined itself with the society at large and has today become a part and parcel of the community it operates. On the eve of 64th Republic Day Gujarat NRE invited their employees not just for the flag hoisting ceremony, but also organized a blood donation camp in association with Blood Bank, District Hospital, Dharwad at Dharwad Plant, Karnataka. This is their 5th blood donation camp and around 36 employees has donated their blood in this occasion. |
On the eve of Labours Day a Law awareness programme was organized at Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd., factory premises by District Legal Services Authority, Dharwad (DLSAD) in association with Dharwad Bar Association, Labour Department and Information Department.
